The processing of personal data of users of the website located at https://behavioursolutionslab.com (the “Website”), and other persons whose personal data Behaviour Solutions Lab GmbH (“BSL”, “we”, “us” or “our”) processes, is subject to Swiss data protection law, in particular the Federal Act on Data Protection dated June 19, 1992 (FADP).

Collection and Processing of Data

  • Data volume transferred;
  • Message on whether the data retrieval was successful or not;

Any other use of the log file data will only be made for purely statistical purposes in anonymized form.

Hostpoint: The Website is hosted by Hostpoint AG, Neue Jonastrasse 60, 8640 Rapperswil-Jona, Switzerland. Hostpoint stores log data (e.g. the IP address and operating system of the user’s device as well as the browser’s date and time of access) as well as the data entered by users. Logaholic Pro: We use the web analysis tool Logaholic Pro of Logaholic BV, Ellernanstraat 15c, 1114 AK Amsterdam, The Netherlands, provided to us through Hostpoint AG, to obtain information about the use of the Website (user frequencies, pages visited, length of visit, aggregated geographical location of users) and to optimize the Website. Logaholic Pro uses the log files to analyze the use of the Website. For the analysis, the IP numbers of the visitors to the Website are automatically anonymized on the server side. Vimeo: Plugins of the video portal Vimeo of Vimeo, LLC, 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA, are integrated into the Website. Each time you visit a page that offers one or more Vimeo video clips, a direct connection is established between your browser and a Vimeo server in the USA. Information about your visit and your IP address is stored there. Through interactions with the Vimeo plugins (e.g. clicking the start button), this information is also transmitted to Vimeo and stored there. Google Fonts: The Website uses fonts by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (Google Fonts). To integrate Google Fonts into the Website, your browser establishes a connection to the Google server. In doing so, the IP address of your device is transmitted to Google. Google logs records of font queries and protects this data from unauthorized access. Google analyzes aggregated data to optimize Google Fonts and identify which websites use Google Fonts. Any user of the Website has the right granted by the FADP to submit free of charge any distinct written inquires to get access to her or his personal data collected while using the Website. Furthermore, any user of the Website has the right granted by the FADP to rectification of inaccurate personal data collected while using the Website as well as the deletion of her or his personal data. However, we will only respond and grant these rights upon sufficient and accurate personal identification and written disclosure to us of the IP address(es) used by her or him while accessing the Website.
